TCI – Tax Credit Inspections
The Tax Credit Inspection program assesses energy related specifications and energy code requirements through field inspections as well utilizing specialized software to determine if a home is eligible for the 45L Tax Credit. A qualified home must exceed the 2006 IECC energy performance by 50% for mechanical performance and at least 25% of envelope efficiency measures.
